Description
Application:
Sandblasting: Garnet is a highly efficient, cost-effective, and eco-friendly abrasive, ideal for surface preparation and blasting. Its high productivity, low consumption, and superior finish make it a preferred choice globally in the abrasive blasting industry.
Waterjet Cutting: Thanks to its hardness and lack of free silica, garnet is an optimal medium for high-pressure waterjet cutting. It’s suitable for cutting a variety of materials, including metals, composites, ceramics, granite, steel, glass, rubber, and wood.
Filtration Media: Garnet’s natural hardness and high density make it ideal as a filtration material in multi-media water filtration systems, often used as a support bed for other filtration media like sand.
