Why Combine Diamond Sharpening with a Leather Strop?
Most conventional sharpening stones solve only one part of the process — sharpening the blade.
But sharpening is not always the final step.
After sharpening, a knife edge can still have a very fine burr and may benefit from stropping to further refine the cutting edge.
Normally, this requires a separate leather strop.
