The HIJOHNY® 3-Wheel Pipe Polisher combines an 1100W variable-speed motor with 40 × 760 mm belts for sanding, scratch blending and satin finishing on stainless steel tubes. Stocked in Brisbane, with local product and abrasive selection support.

10 sanding belts are included with every machine. The supplied belts may be zirconia or ceramic. Choose your preferred grit or mix of grits when ordering; all 10 can be the same grit or a mixed selection.

This 1100W model is intended for professional tube and handrail finishing and uses a three-wheel system with variable speed. The 800W entry-level model is positioned for DIY and occasional light-duty work. Choose according to the work you do, rather than motor wattage alone.
Will it produce a mirror finish?
A mirror finish requires suitable surface preparation, progressive abrasive refinement and a final polishing process. The machine alone does not guarantee a particular finish. Send us your starting surface and target finish for belt selection advice.
