The HIJOHNY® Pipe Polisher Belt Sander Series is designed for professional stainless steel tube polishing, weld blending, surface finishing and metal fabrication.

30 × 533mm — Compact 4-Wheel System

The 30 × 533mm system features a compact 4-wheel polishing head designed for smaller pipes, tighter areas and more detailed finishing work.

100 × 760mm — Wide Belt High-Efficiency System

The 100 × 760mm wide belt system is our upgraded high-productivity configuration.

Compared with the standard 40mm wide belt, the 100mm belt provides a significantly larger abrasive contact area, allowing the operator to cover more surface with each pass.

This helps deliver:

• Faster surface coverage

• Higher polishing efficiency

• More consistent finishing

Professional Variable Speed

The HIJOHNY® Pipe Polisher is powered by a 1100W motor with variable speed from approximately:

600–2600 RPM

This speed range is selected to provide a practical balance between material removal, finishing control and abrasive belt life.

Lower speeds are ideal for fine polishing and finishing, while higher speeds provide efficient grinding and surface preparation.
